The Official Eminem Online Store accepts returns and exchanges for most items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in original, unworn condition. Please note that certain exclusive drops, autographed memorabilia, and digital media are final sale.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Shipping Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original packaging.
Ship the Package
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure you obtain a receipt for tracking purposes until the return is processed.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement item within 7-10 business days.
